Superfine mechanical pulverizer mill is a highly efficient and multi-purpose powder equipment independently developed by our company. It has significant technical performance advantages such as low energy consumption, high fineness and full function, it has become the preferred equipment solution for many industries. It is widely used in ultrafine crushing, scattering, shaping, integration of crushing and beneficiation, integration of crushing and modification and processing of needle fiber materials.
Technical advantages
(1) The frequency conversion control of the graded impeller, can achieve high linear speed, to ensure excellent vertex cutting;
(2) Low energy consumption: It gathered centrifugal crushing, impact crushing, extrusion crushing and other crushing methods together,it can save 40~50% of power if compare to other machines.

(5) The temperature rise of the crushing process is not high, which is suitable for the grinding of heat-sensitive materials;
(6) The sintered agglomerated superfine materials can be dispersed, and the particle size recovery rate is up to 100%;
(7) Strong mechanical stability: the system process design is reasonable, it can work 24 hours per day with non-stop .
