I. Product and indicator requirements (the following product specifications are tested by Dandong Baite 9300ST R.R testing machine).

V. Description of production process and characteristics.
6.1)Host system
A: The equipment structure of the host system - LYHM1100G ring roller mill uses the principles of impact, compression, and grinding to crush materials. There is a large gap between the grinding wheel fixed on the grinding wheel bracket and the pin shaft. When the grinding wheel bracket rotates with the main shaft, the grinding wheel is thrown towards the grinding ring by centrifugal force and presses against the inner wall of the grinding ring. The crushed material falls onto the throwing plate under the action of gravity and is thrown into the airflow channel, Under the negative pressure suction of the system fan, the powder enters the classification chamber with the airflow for classification. Qualified fine powder enters the rear collection system through the classification wheel for collection, and the material is thrown towards the inner wall of the drainage ring, and then falls back into the crushing chamber for crushing.
B: Configuration - The grinding wheels are arranged in four layers;
The materials of the grinding wheel, grinding ring, and grinding wheel frame are all made of superhard steel;
The main motor power is 200KW, and the classifier motor power is 18.5KW, with 3 (variable frequency);
Special grading wheels;
C: Production requirements - The grinding wheel, grinding wheel frame, and grinding ring require high coordination with each other, otherwise it will result in high energy consumption. At the same time, the material wear resistance and strength requirements of these three major components are high to ensure the reliability of product quality. The grading wheel has high rotational speed, and the production requires high rotational balance, good blade wear resistance, and the quality of the graded powder can meet the requirements.

(1)Raw materials and spares supplier's quality control:
1.1 Conduct inspection and evaluation of suppliers, and conduct a "tripartite review" of key and major component suppliers through technology, quality, and procurement to evaluate process assurance capabilities, quality control capabilities, production capabilities, and costs, and establish a qualified supplier list.
1.2 Evaluate the samples, and only qualified samples can be used for small batch trials and market validation. After verification, large-scale supply can be carried out.
1.3 The quality control of incoming materials is mainly carried out through sampling inspection and verification, in accordance with the "LY-WI-PG-001-2018 Operation Instructions for Incoming Inspection of Purchased and Outsourced Parts" and the "Statistical Sampling Regulations" for sampling inspection and verification of incoming materials.

(2)Quality control of machining process:
2.1 The process implements a "three inspection system" of self inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection, and implements a quality review system that combines product audit and process audit. 200% inspection (double 100% inspection by operators and inspectors) shall be conducted on the appearance of all key and main component processing dimensions to ensure the quality of assembled parts. The quality engineer of the quality control department, together with on-site technicians, shall conduct a monthly audit of at least 5 key component products.
(3)Quality control during assembly process:
3.1 Implement a "three inspection system" of self inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection
3.2 The operator shall assemble according to the "LY-WI-PG-009-2019 Assembly Standard Specification" and self check and record the "Assembly Record Card". The inspector shall conduct component assembly tests according to the "LY-WI-PG-012-2019 Assembly Test Operation Guide", and inspect and record according to the "LY-WI-PG-010-2019 Coating Operation Guide". Assembly record cards, test records, and coating inspection forms form the company's product quality control records.
