I.Application.

This machine is mainly used for the irrigation of white wine which used for fermented bean curd after washing the teeth. This machine can work separately, besides, it can connected with wide-mouth-bottle washing machine, uncapping machine, juice poring machine,teeth washing machine,caps screwing machine and so on.

1.The whole machine takes human-computer interface,touch screen button, PLC  controller,mechanical transmission, speed is controlled by frequency transformer,photoelectric detection, high-precision filling and easy to operate.
2. Filling part use three-room low vacuum filling style.
3. Liquid level can be set manually, it can keep a consistent level of liquid and won't be affected by the error of bottles volume.
4.Nozzle slides up and down vertically by its own weight,it won't hurt the bottles, filling speed if very fast,bottles with gap or leak won't be filled, no leaking.
