3. Description of structure and principle.
This machine is mainly composed of frame, roller, bearing body, etc.
In the two motors, one is forward and the other is reverse, and the two rollers are driven by the V-belt transmission to the large sheave. The two rollers should rotate relative to each other to form counter-pressure rolling. The material enters between the double rollers and is crushed by its strong force to become finely divided particles. The size of the wedge can be adjusted.
4. Notice.
1. Before starting, check whether the fasteners of each part of the machine are completely tightened. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened, and the bearings and sliding parts should be lubricated.
2. When it is not running, there should be no material stagnation in the double rollers, if there is material, it should be cleaned up. Otherwise, increase the motor load when starting, causing damage to the motor.
3. Feeding should be done after normal operation.
4. Granularity adjustment: (1) loosen and retract the large spring mandrel bolts; (2) adjust the wedge rod. When large material is required, the wedge rod is adjusted upward; when small material is required, the wedge rod is adjusted downward. After adjusting to the required particle size, the ejector bolts are tightened to the large spring, and the tightness should be based on its value.
5. The material in the cavity must be drained before stopping the machine.
