It has comprehensive mechanical crushing properties such as rolling, grinding and impact, and it is widely used in talc,superfine pulverization of various non-metallic minerals such as calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, potassium feldspar, bentonite, kaolin, graphite, carbon, etc., with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity of 6%, it is truly energy-saving, especially ultra-fine pulverizing equipment suitable for deep processing of non-metallic minerals.

The material is crushed into less than 10 (mm) material by a jaw crusher or hammer crusher, and is lifted to the storage hopper by the bucket elevator, and then quantitatively fed into the main chamber by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding, and the grinding machine is installed on the rotary table in the main cavity. The roller rotates around the central axis, and there is a large active gap between the grinding roller and the grinding roller shaft. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the grinding roller swings horizontally outward, so that the grinding roller presses the grinding ring, and the grinding roller rotates around the grinding roller shaft at the same time. . The material passes through the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and the grinding roller is pulverized and ground by the rolling of the grinding roller. The grinding roller is divided into four layers, and the material passes through the first layer of the grinding roller and the grinding ring for one-time pulverization, and then passes through. The second, third and fourth layers are pulverized. Therefore, the material is sufficiently pulverized and ground, and the obtained product has fineness.
The ground powder falls on the bottom plate due to gravity, and is blown to the classifier above the main machine under the action of the airflow of the blower for screening. If the fineness is too thick, it will fall into the main machine and re-grinds until the fineness conforms to the specifications. The wind flows into the pulse dust collector, and it is collected as a finished product after being discharged through the discharge valve. The purified airflow flows into the blower through the residual air pipe above the pulse dust collector, and the air path is circulated, except for the positive pressure of the blower to the grinding chamber, and the remaining tubes The airflow in the road flows under negative pressure, and the indoor sanitary conditions are better. Since the moisture content of the material is evaporated to gas during the grinding, the gas leaked from the joints of the flanges, the feed port, etc. In the pipeline causes an increase in the amount of air in the circulating air passage, and the increased air volume is between the blower and the main engine. The bellows interface is vented to the atmosphere.
