I.Brief introduction.

This machine is mainly used for washing fermented bean curd bottles, soy sauce bottles and other containers with large mouth, Washing and sterilization the bottles' inside and outside with sterile water before filling, it can be used for many kinds of glass  and plastic bottles in different sizes. For different sizes' bottles, its height can be adjusted according to bottles' height. This machine can work separately, besides, it can connected with filling machine, caps opening machine, juice poring machine,teeth washing machine,caps screwing machine and so on.

III.Features and advantages.
1. Bottle sterilization takes High-temperature and zero distance to the inside of bottles, it can realize sterilization by high temperature within very short time
2. Water washes both inside and outside of the bottles at the same time, besides, bottles can tip in 180 degree, water residuals can be removed completely. Bottles in and out to the machine,rolling-over in the machine are all finshed automatically.
3. All electrical equipment are controlled by PLC,mechanical transmission, speed is controlled by frequency transformer.
